Refund policy

Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement if there is any issue with your order.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at Ofeeco2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will be provided with return instructions
  • The customer is required to ship the product back to our address

Important:
A replacement will only be processed and dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Contact us immediately with photos/videos as proof.

After verification:

  • You will be required to return the product
  • Once received and inspected, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost (for verified cases)

Replacement Terms (Important)

  • We follow a replacement-only policy
  • No returns for refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the order is delivered
  • Replacement requests are valid only for:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Transit damage
    • Incorrect items delivered

Shipping Responsibility

  • In standard cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back
  • In cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect item, we may reimburse or cover return shipping, at our discretion

Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

The following items are not eligible for replacement unless defective or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care items (used/opened)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant:

  • You must first request a replacement (if eligible)
  • Replacement will be provided subject to product availability

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as per applicable consumer laws.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Instead of a refund, we will offer a replacement or store credit, in line with our policy and applicable regulations
